Orders are not confirmed and credit card is not charged until you have received a (second) email from MacArthur's with a copy of an invoice confirming your order. At that time, shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order.
Orders for six and twelve bottle lots receive the best possible per bottle shipping charges. Our boxes sizes are one, three, six, and twelve (750ml) bottle sizes.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED. By placing your order you have represented to MacArthur Beverages that you are at least 21. All alcoholic beverages that we ship on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age.
Orders are not confirmed and credit card is not charged until you have received an email back from MacArthur's with a copy of the Paid invoice confirming your order. An original copy of the invoice and Paid receipt will be mailed to you. Orders are confirmed within 18 hours. We will let you know within 18 hrs if there are any problems with the quantities you have ordered. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is confirmed.
We are not responsible for any delay in delivery due to missed attempts if you are not present at the time of delivery. All deliveries require a written adult signature at the time of delivery. Drivers will NOT leave your package. Please provide us with the best possible delivery address so your package can be delivered as quickly as possible. Your tracking email contains the anticipated delivery date. Packages that are not delivered in three attempts will be returned to us and subject to a returned shipping fee charge.
