Cognac Ferrand is a relatively new producer, dating only from 1989; their aim from the start has been to produce Cognacs with individual character that express the uniqueness and style of their terroir. The Ambre is a very subtle, aromatic Grande Champagne Cognac, amber in color, as its name would indicate. Its subtle vanilla bouquet also has floral overtones of roses and violets, leading into hints of prunes and apricots.
