Made from the maceration of cherries, quinine and bitter almonds in noble wines with a fruity and delicate bouquet. Can be served cool as an apertif, or as and accompaniment for melon as a starter. A sweet white wine fortified with an infusion of wild cherries and quinine in a neutral grape spirit, with measured amounts of cherry brandy, lemon and cherry juice added. Maurin Quina has a delicate red hue. The subtle wine background elevates an array of tamed wild cherry flavor with light lemon and almond notes.
