This 2006 vintage rum from El Dorado was distilled in a Coffey still, the last operational wooden column still in the world! The Guyanese molasses rum was produced in the still, the original and last surviving one from the Enmore Sugar Estate, and was finally bottled up at 40% in this rather handsome decanter.Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt Creamy undertones of coconut flesh, with tinned peaches in syrup, dusty cocoa and a dry, woody finish.
