Slow & Sow is a modern update to the historic category of rock & rye. A combination of 84 proof straight rye whiskey, a pinch of rock candy + the additions of raw honey, navel oranges and importantly, angostura bitters, making slow & low a proper bottled old fashioned. Tasting Notes Slightly hot and peppery initially. Quickly gives way to a mellow, smooth sweetness ? hints of rock candy, honey and citrus are subtle. Finish is long and slightly sweet.
