Selbach's 2018 Graacher Domprobst Riesling Sp?tlese is still reductive yet very clear and flinty on the coolish, pure and aromatically fruity nose with its aromas of ripe and lush yellow-fleshed stone fruit. Lush and crystalline on the palate, this is a charmingly round and seductive Sp?tlese with crystalline structure, mouthwatering acidity and lingering salinity. This has 9% alcohol and a lot of tickling grip.
