The profile of the Cap Corse Mattei Blanc aperitif wine is defined by a number of its Corsican components. Its wine base is of the island's most famous white grape, lending a terrific minerality and acidity. The local Cedrat (also know as citron) adds unique citrus aroma and bitter elements.
