The 2015 Brunello di Montalcino is remarkably pretty. On the palate, soft textures give way to zesty red berry and mineral tones, as savory spices and fine tannins settle upon the senses, and the 2015 Caparzo gains volume and sweetness in the glass. The finish is long yet fresh, with a blend of acid, fruit, and tannin which leaves a truly balanced impression.
