Consistent with prior vintages, the palate on this Keever Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc is broad and bright, with a lovely creaminess from the sur-lie aging. The signature fresh citrus and pineapple flavors abound in the mid-palate and carry through to the finish. While this very complex Sauvignon Blanc is delicious on its own, it has the weight and structure to pair beautifully with lighter fare (salads, lemony seafoods) and even with slightly richer plates.
