The first in a series of bottlings from Akkeshi that are dedicated to the "24 Solar Terms" of Japan. Each release will explore the effects that the local climate, wildlife and farming have on the final product. Kanro (cold drops of dew) has been distilled using peated barley and has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, wine, mizunara and sherry wood before being married.
