The 2020 Meursault Genevrieres 1er Cru has a fragrant bouquet that leaps from the glass with wonderful orange pith, grilled hazelnut and pine nuts, a touch of smoke, tres Meursault. The palate is well balanced with. a fine bead of acidity, fresh and poised, quite spicy with lemongrass notes lending it an almost Asian twist on the finish. For some reason, I'm drinking this with some Pad Thai! Superb.
