Bare Knuckle Straight Wheat Whiskey, is a small batch whiskey made with 60% wheat, 30% rye and 10% malted barley, all sourced from local Virginia farms. It is double-distilled and aged in charred new American White Oak barrels from Kentucky. Look for a hand-written age statement on the back of each bottle. ABV: 45% (90 PROOF) Tasting Notes Bare Knuckle Straight Wheat Whiskey has a predominance of butterscotch up front, with notes of creamy vanilla, anise, oak, and a hint caramel. It has a wonderfully warming, grain-forward, rye spice finish.
