The 2019 Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Spatlese is very delicate and intense on the ripe and aromatic, well-concentrated and flinty bouquet with delicate slate and herbal aromas. Enormously complex and endless salty on the palate, this is a persistent, structured and sustainable ZSU with great aging potential. Tasted at the domain in September 2020.
