Full bottle 1,286 g. From the foothills of Mount Kedros at 850 m in the Rethymnon region. Pre-phylloxera bush vines that protect the fruit from the sun and wind. 10% aged in oak. Yeast derivates (chitosan?) used for fining. TA 5.7 g/l, pH 3.16. Diam closure that is almost impossible to re-insert after opening. Very pale pink. Subtle, refined notes of tart red fruit combined with a stony/mineral elegance. Dry, subtle rosé, with excellent freshness and a quiet but subtle personality. Lightly textured and long. (JH)
