The 2019 Bourgogne Chardonnay was the only cuv?e bottled before my visit in September. It has an attractive bouquet, the 10% new oak just rounding out the light tropical tones. The palate is medium-bodied with light Golden Delicious and Clementine notes, moderate length with a fresh, slightly tangy finish.
