The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is one of the greatest wines made at this property. Deep, powerful, layered, and incredibly concentrated, it has the classic bluer fruits of this estate as well as notes of graphite, chocolate, spring flowers, and bouquet garni. Opening up with time in the glass, it's a rich, thrilling wine in just about every sense. Give bottles another 3-4 years and it's going to have 2-3 decades of overall longevity.
