The 2017 Chambolle-Musigny Les Bussi?res Vieilles Vignes hails from a parcel of vines planted in 1969 and sees a third new oak, Sigaut remarking that she treats this parcel like a premier cru. The wine is excellent, offering up appealing scents of cherries, plums and candied peel, followed by a medium to full-bodied, textural palate with satiny tannins enveloped in a fleshy core of fruit.
