Black-tea- and mint-infused Persian melon, white peach and grapefruit lusciously inform a silken, lightly glycerol-slicked palate. The superbly sustained finish is strikingly transparent to wet stone and infused with saliva-liberating mineral salts. This will probably gain in complexity with bottle age. Rumpf noted that it was picked around the October 20 with a roughly 5% botrytis component
