From a terraced, east-facing vineyard, the 2016 Clos Rebberg Cru d'Alsace displays a beautiful bouquet of white, small yellow fruits intertwined with lovely flavors of crushed slate. The palate is very well defined, crunchy, intense and lemon-fresh, with a long and very delicate finish with lingering salinity. This is a great wine from blue slate, and the finish is fresh and citric as well as salty and pure. Highly stimulating.
