The 2017 Dolcetto di Dogliani Vigna Tecc is rich, unctuous and super-inviting. Black cherry jam, mocha, spice, licorice and menthol are all kicked up a notch in this rich, concentrated Dogliani. All the elements meld together beautifully in this powerhouse wine. One of the things I like most about the 2017 is that it is not as heavy or ponderous as was the case in the past.
