The 2017 Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Ursules (Domaine des H?ritiers Jadot) is the high point of Jadot's Beaune portfolio, offering up an incipiently complex bouquet of raspberries, plums, candied peel, licorice, grilled meats and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, deep and layered, with an ample core of fruit that's structured around a youthfully firm chassis of chalky tannin, concluding with a long finish. This should age very gracefully.
