The 2018 Chablis Village has a very attractive nose that is a cut above its peers, offering well-defined citrus aromas and a little more minerality. The palate is taut and fresh with a fine bead of acidity, refreshing and sharp, and classic in style, leading to a malic, apple peel finish. This is a well-crafted wine that trades the prettiness of the vintage for something more identifiably Chablis.
