The 2017 Valtellina Superiore is utterly beguiling. Rose petal, sweet red cherry, mint and kirsch give the 2017 a decidedly exotic feel. Light to medium in body, with lovely translucence, the 2017 is easy to like and drink, even young. I would prefer to enjoy it on the young side, as it is a bit fleeting.
