The Ferrari 2014 Trento Metodo Classico Perle Brut is a pure expression of Chardonnay that reveals extreme smoothness and silkiness, enhanced by the soft beading that caresses the palate. Aged on the lees for five years, the wine excels in terms of its textural offering, showing a creamy, rich and mid-weight texture. There is plenty of fruit in the form of apricot and apple, all backed by baked bread or baguette. The finish is long and fine.
