The 2020 Bourgogne Pinot Noir has been racked two weeks ago into tank. Brambly red berry fruit that is well defined unfolds from the glass. The palate is well balanced, the 10% new oak neatly integrated with a fresh, zippy finish. What more do you want from a Bourgogne Rouge?
