This beauty offers a gorgeous perfume of honeyed melon, pineapple, and chalky minerality, with a broader, expansive mouthfeel, wonderful purity, and a solid spine of acidity. It's beautifully done, and while it doesn't require bottle age, I suspect it will evolve for a decade if well stored.
