Kedros is the name of a mountain in the Rethymno region and means ‘cedar tree’. Vines at 700–900 m in the Kedros foothills. Free-run juice. Fermented in tank but 40% spends two months in small used barrels. Pale and pretty pink. Pretty red-cherry notes. Real intensity on the palate for early-picked grapes.
