For a young Mosel riesling Auslese this is remarkably drinkable. Incredibly bright with very focused citrus, lemon balm and caramelized pineapple aromas. Excellent concentration and finesse on the super-clean palate this has a wonderful balance. The finish moves with the precision and strength of prima ballerina over the palate. Barely off-dry for this category. Vegan. Drink or hold.
