The 2021 Esoterico hails from Riverland and Clare Valley and has a mandarin hue in the glass. Aromatically, it leads with lashings of rose petals, lychee, apple skins, cheesecloth, eucalyptus, green tea and lemonade. In the mouth, it gives everything the nose offers, filling the mouth with perfume. Light, lovely, engaging. 11.5% alcohol, sealed under Diam.

This is a vibrant snap, crackle and pop wine, from its electric orange color to its bombastic, musky aromas of ginger, florals, honeycomb, candied citrus and peach.
