Lemon twist, green apple, and faint white flowers followed by delightful flinty and saline minerality. Fresh cream, too. Medium-bodied, mouthwatering bright acidity. Wonderful vibrancy and brightness to it. Aged in 500L puncheon. A blend of fruits from eight vineyards.
