The 2021 Etna Rosso Arcuria is remarkably pretty and lifted in the glass, with dusty rose and dried strawberries accentuated by hints of sweet smoke. It's soft-textured and round with rming minerality and tart wild berry fruits that slowly saturate. The Arcuria leaves grippy tannins to coat the palate as a bump of residual acidity keeps the mouth watering. Notes of sour cherry taper on the nish. This is a fantastically fresh Etna Rosso
