The 2020 Syrah Biodynamic uses 30% whole bunch, natural ferment with two daily pumpovers to limit extraction. It has quite an intense dried mint bouquet, very oral and generous, well-dened and focused. The palate has a little sinew on the entry, ne grip and subtle herbal notes with blackcurrant and allspice on the slightly savory nish. This will need two to three years in bottle.
