The 2022 Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru, containing 100% whole bunches, has a well-dened bouquet that eortlessly disguises the stem addition. Struck int and light graphite notes seep through the mainly black fruit, developing a subtle oral scent with time in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with a crisp intiness on the entry and a silver bead of acidity. It is very proportioned and focused on the nish. This is another cuvée that is leaps and bounds superior to the 2021, and it should age with style in bottle.
