The 2019 Carignan Miguel Torres hails from Huerta de Maule and was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, 7% of them new. A rich purple hue. The aromas range from sweet and sour cherry to plum and blackberry, with hints of spice and gunpowder. Dry, juicy and taut in the mouth. The nely grained, reactive tannins channel the ow producing quite a nimble character. A nuanced, energetic red of longlasting, fruity avor.
