The 2021 Guímaro Mundín blends 80% Mencía and 20% Garnacha and Grau Negro. It comes from Amandi, on a site with southwest-facing exposure. The 2021 fermented with 30% whole clusters and aged for 18 months in foudres. A ripe fruit aroma is balanced by herb, pomegranate and plum notes. It's dry, combining richness and elevated tension from its freshness. Black fruit and underbrush tones linger on the nish, gaining depth with aeration.
