In much the same fashion as the Montmains, the nose makes clear that this could only be from Chablis with its nose of quinine, petrol, mineral reduction, tidal pool and oyster shell. There is outstanding volume, mid-palate density and power to the beautifully textured medium weight plus flavors that deliver excellent depth and persistence. This is arguably a bit less refined than it usually is but it's also notably more concentrated and powerful. One to strongly consider.
