The 2017 Le Dragon de Quintus is plump and racy in the glass, with lovely up-front dark fruit, spice, mocha and leather notes that give the wine so much immediacy and sheer allure. Élevage has done wonders for the 2017, which, from bottle, is richer and deeper than it was from barrel. The bold, ripe style of Quintus comes through nicely in this second wine
