 Chablis is the northernmost growing region of Burgundy that produces great wines from the chardonnay grape. The unique Kimmeridgian soil and cool climate results in wines described with the following adjectives – fresh, vibrant, floral. mineral, flinty, and saline. They are singular and unique. Oft imitated, but never duplicated.
