It was bottled in September 2024.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThe 2018 is pale gold and quietly complex, with dried lemon, citrus oil, pear and chamomile, layered with roasted almond, beeswax, wet stone and that signature sea-breeze, mushroomy edge of long barrel aging. Medium-bodied and savory, with linear acidity and a long, saline finish.
