Following classic fermentation with regular pump-overs of the must, the wine spends an extended period aging in large oak botti before further rest in bottle, a traditional approach meant to soften the tannins and allow the wine to fully develop before release. The 2022 vintage carries an alcohol level around 14%.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThe wine shows notes of licorice, red cherry, red currant, and mint, with a medium body carrying firm, chalky tannins and crisp acidity.
