Today around 50 member families farm roughly 100 hectares, including parcels in legendary crus like Asili, Rabajà, Montestefano and Ovello.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e2022 was a hot, dry year, and the Produttori made only a small amount of their single-vineyard Riservas, sending most of that top fruit into this bottling. That's a big deal. The blend leans on Ovello, whose clay soils handled the drought well, plus Pora, Rio Sordo, Muncagota and a bit of Montestefano. Native-yeast fermentation, a full month on the skins, then two years of aging before release.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eRich and generous for the Produttori, with dark cherry, plum, raspberry, cloves and licorice, finishing with serious but ripe tannins.
