Today she works alongside winemaker Giacomo Fioravanti, formerly of the respected Isole e Olena estate, continuing Terreno's hands-on, additive-free approach to winemaking.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eLe Tre Vigne draws Sangiovese from three distinct vineyard sites across the Greve valley, each contributing different soils, altitudes, and exposures to the final blend. All grapes are hand-harvested and hand-sorted before fermentation, then aged for around fourteen months in large oak casks. The wine is bottled without fining and only light filtration, preserving the fruit's natural character and the estate's organic farming practices.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThe result is medium ruby red in color, with a fresh nose of cranberry and kirsch. The palate is smooth and nicely concentrated, layered with savory herbs and forest floor notes alongside the bright fruit.
