This Vacqueyras comes from two lieux-dits, \"Pavane\" and \"La Verde,\" on the appellation's stony clay plateau, a blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah that saw extended maceration and was raised in a mix of wood vats, demi-muids, and barrels. Expect a nose of dark fruit, violet, black pepper, and wild herbs, moving into a medium to full-bodied palate with smooth tannins and a great finish.
