The 2024 season began with a mild winter and early bud break, followed by frost, thunderstorms, and heavy rain through spring and summer. Chanson harvested the Chardonnay between September 11 and 21. The wine was aged on fine lees for 16 months in French oak barrels, 20 percent of them new and the rest one to six years old.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003ePale golden in color, it shows ripe citrus and honey aromas with a delicate oak note and a mineral edge. The palate is lively, well structured, and generous, with a firm line of acidity running through it.
