The wine is made in a direct, minimal-intervention style meant to showcase freshness and site character rather than weight or overt fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThe result is a rosato with a floral bouquet layered over watermelon, wild strawberry, raspberry, and lychee, carried by a distinct mineral, saline edge and a whisper of spice.
