Grown across a mix of volcanic and marine sedimentary soils, the grapes are fermented mostly in stainless steel, with a portion aged in acacia wood puncheons to build texture and lift the wine's natural aromatics.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThe result is a brilliant pale straw wine with a faint green hue, offering expressive aromas of lime, citrus, and stone fruit layered over a firm, textural palate.
