This Kamptal Riesling comes from younger estate vines in their top sites, mostly the Gaisberg and the famous Heiligenstein. Those soils are a mix of amphibolite, volcanic sandstone, mica slate and gravel. It’s hand-harvested, gently pressed and fermented and aged in stainless steel to keep it crisp and pure. The 2025 bursts with lemon, Meyer lemon and tangerine, with a bit of white peach and a stony, saline edge. The palate is light, dry and juicy, with a mouthwatering finish.
