MV Roederer Estate Brut Anderson Valley
Extremely fresh and floral with sliced apples, stones and some white peach. Bread dough, too. Fine bead. Medium to full body with crisp acidity and a steely finish. Hints of phenolics provide a fine texture. Vibrant acidity. About 15% reserve wine (mostly chardonnay) in this, from five vintages. 2.5 years on the lees. 60% chardonnay and 40% pinot noir.

2020 Pursued by Bear Blushing Bear
From Kyle MacLauchlan's winery. This is a delicate, pale pink wine bursting with fresh grapefruit, honeyed guava and juicy watermelon aromas and flavors. 2019 Etude Pinot Gris Estate Vineyard, Grace Benoist Ranch Carneros
This classic Pinot Gris offers lovely tree blossom aromatics with tropical notes delicately interwoven into this refreshing spring and summer sipper. Guava, kiwi, feijoa, passion fruit and lychee jump from the glass, while light apricot and Meyer lemon citrus and kaffir lime come through on the palate, supported by a chalky minerality. Pretty, rich and round, with a brilliant acid core and creamy mouthfeel, give this white depth and texture, leading to a persistent finish.
