1975 Chateau Grand Corbin Despagne - St. Emilion MAGNUM (1.5L) Ex-Chateau

"I took advantage of a harvest meal among professionals to open a magnum of Grand Corbin-Despagne 1975.  

This allowed me to refresh my olfactory memory.  

A bit of airing did it good; I hadn’t decanted it.  

It was enjoyed very well, even 24 hours later.  

Beautiful notes of forest floor, truffle, and cigar box.  

The palate, with a bit of air, showed velvety smoothness without any thinness.  

Nice length with notes of forest floor and candied fruits in alcohol."
