"The Pietracupa 2021 Fiano is a linear and crisp white wine that opens to a flinty mineral tone that dovetails into unripe peach, white flower and pulpy grapefruit. The whole presentation is smooth and very true to this fantastic white grape from southern Italy. The wine ends with notes of freshness and saltiness, and it's all beautifully balanced. Some 20,000 bottles were made."
